Data controller
enidea Szolgáltató Kft., 1016 Budapest, Piroska utca 6., Hungary. Contact: info@enidea.hu.
Purpose, data collected and legal basis
To handle your enquiry and take steps at your request before a possible engagement, we process your name, company name, email address, optional phone number, property location, decision type and optional deadline, message, language, submission reference, campaign labels where provided, and technical request metadata. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR. For security and abuse prevention, we rely on our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f). The required fields are necessary to assess and respond to your enquiry; the form cannot be submitted without them.
Enquiries by email
The email preparation feature keeps your entries in the current browser page. It does not send or save the draft on our server. Your email application handles sending when you choose to send the message. We use the information received to respond to your enquiry.
How long we keep your data
We retain the data submitted through the form and the related correspondence for up to 12 months after the matter is closed, unless an engagement, legal obligation or legal claim requires a longer retention period.
Processors and transfers
Netlify, Inc. hosts enidea.hu and receives and stores form submissions in the site administration area, where access is restricted. The service includes spam filtering. Form data is not made public. Data may be processed internationally; details of Netlify’s processing practices and safeguards are available in its privacy policy and data processing agreement.
Your rights and complaints
You may request access to, correction or erasure of your data, restriction of processing or, where applicable, data portability. You may also object to processing. To exercise these rights, write to info@enidea.hu. You may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH), 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9–11., naih.hu, and seek judicial remedy.
