Roles and confidential information
Before accepting an appointment, we clarify in writing whom we represent, the work we undertake, and who may access the information provided and for what purpose.
Clear responsibilities
Advisory work, owner representation and any participation as an investor involve different authority and responsibilities.

Our appointment defines our own tasks, the consultation and approval process and the work of the contributing specialists. Work requiring professional authorisation is carried out and signed by the named professional holding valid authorisation in the relevant country and discipline. Enidea’s coordination role does not replace that professional responsibility.
Information sharing and conflicts of interest
Before confidential documents are transferred, we identify the parties involved, clarify their interests and establish the limits of information sharing.

We enter into a confidentiality agreement where necessary. Involvement on more than one side is possible only with prior disclosure, written consent and clearly defined roles. Within a project, we undertake only roles that are compatible from both a professional and a legal perspective.
Discuss the preparation of your project.
At our first meeting, we clarify the investor’s objective, the stage of preparation and the next decision. Based on the available documents, deadline and outstanding issues, we propose the scope of the assessment, the deliverables and the specialists to involve.
